These terms apply to the Cellony app published by GAME Market Anonim Şirketi. On iOS, Apple's Standard EULA also applies; if it conflicts with these terms, the EULA wins for iOS users.
The game
Cellony is a single-player game. All opponents are computer-controlled characters; there is no online play with other people. Free Play is always free and unlimited. Lives are used only in Adventure levels and refill over time.
The biology facts, Atlas cards and quizzes in the game are for general information and fun. They do not replace school lessons or medical advice.
Virtual items and currencies
- ATP, Enzymes, lives and cosmetic items are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.
- Prices are shown in your local currency by the App Store or Google Play before you buy. There are no paid random rewards (loot boxes).
- Your balance and progress are stored on your device. If you delete the game or change devices without a backup, consumable items may be lost. Permanent purchases (for example removing ads) can be restored with Settings > Restore purchases.
Payments and refunds
Apple or Google process all payments. Refunds are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play refunds. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Fair use
Do not modify the app, its save files or its network traffic to obtain items, and do not reverse engineer it except where the law allows. We may reset tampered progress.
Ownership
The game, its art, characters, names and code belong to GAME Market Anonim Şirketi or its licensors.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost virtual items caused by device failure or deletion. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence or of the place where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits set each year. For disputes with users who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction.
